Meet the Founder

Staci Benoit-Grice, our founder, brings over 20 years of experience as a Special Education teacher and 10 years as a Case Manager for students with diverse needs, including Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Behavioral Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and more. She holds a Master of Education in School Counseling from the University of St. Thomas and became a Certified Special Needs Life Quality Coach in January 2024.

Our Mission
Inspired by her firsthand experience in special education, Staci founded Unique Needs Consulting to provide families with guidance, support, and advocacy in navigating the special education system. She understands the challenges parents face and is passionate about helping families create a roadmap for their child's success.

Supporting Educators
In addition to working with families, Staci provides tailored training for General and Special Education teachers. These interactive sessions equip educators with practical strategies to support students with diverse learning styles and challenges, ensuring every child has the tools they need to thrive. Trainings are available for individuals, groups, and both public and private schools.
