Cancellation Policy

1. Reservations: - All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. - Last-minute bookings are subject to availability. 2. Cancellation: - Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking. - Cancellation (less than 24 hours before) are billed to the Client at an amount of $100. - The Coach will contact you 24 hours in advance if she is unable to make a scheduled session. Unique Needs Consulting will deduct $100 from her fees for your inconvenience. 3. Payment: - Depending on your service, payments must be completed at the time of booking. - Accepted payment methods: Credit card 4. No-Show Policy: - no-show appointments are billed to the Client at an amount of $100.
